The agricultural products of P & H Farms are posted on this website as they become available for sale. Although all of the products are sold from the farm, most are shipped out upon web sale. The range of products anticipated in 2010 includes:
Nuts
Hazelnuts (Corylus)
The hazelnuts for sale are the organic fruit of one of four different varieties grown on the farm:
- New York Tree Hazelnut – a large nut hybrid tree variety
- Grimo Tree Hazelnut – a large nut Faroka (Turkish-European hybrid cross) tree variety
- Grimo Bush Hazelnut 186M – a large nut Faroka mite and blight resistant bush variety
- Grimo Bush Hazelnut 208P – an extra large nut, high blight resistant bush variety

Fruit
The farm orchard is maturing and is expected in the 2010 season to yield limited quantities of the following species and varieties of organically grown fruit:
Heritage Melons (photo at right)
- Cream of Saskatchewan Watermelon (sliced and in the background) - a delicious, 8-16 lb white-fleshed, black-seeded watermelon, perfectly round, with sharply contrasting light and dark stripes
- Crane Melon (center foreground) - a hold-in-the-palm-of-your-hand, green and cream speckled, cantaloupe-melon cross, with aromatic, soft, buttery orange-flesh.
- Noir des Carmes Melon (left foreground) - a 3-6 lb. orange mottled with green skinned muskmelon, with sweet, deep orange flesh.
Peaches (Prunus persica)
- Garnet Beauty – a medium-large, semi-freestone peach with red blushed, yellow skin and yellow flesh with red streaks.
- Harbrite – a freestone peach, medium to large, yellow skinned with heavy red flush, and yellow flesh
- Flamin’ Fury PF 24-C – an excellently flavored, juicy peach, cold hardy, disease resistant, and sweet
- Harrow Diamond – a yellow flesh, nearly freestone peach, with 70% red blush skin
- Reliance – a medium-to-large, yellow-fleshed freestone peach with dark red skin
Pears (Pyrus communis)
- Anjou – a medium- or larger-sized pear of yellow-green coloring with an occasional red blush
- Golden Spice – a small pear, yellow fruit with a red blush, yellow flesh with nice flavour
- Flemish Beauty – a pear of clear yellow skin, large, roundish, and uniform in size and shape
Plums (Prunus domestica)
- Mount Royal – a medium sized, juicy plum, blue skin with yellow clingstone flesh.
- Toka – a reddish bronze plum, with an aromatic, rich, spicy, sweet flavour
- Vanier – a medium-sized, bright red clingstone plum with yellow flesh, firm and meaty
Sweet Cherries (Prunus avium)
- Bing – a large, dark red, heart-shaped cherry with a fine rich flavour, firm, meaty fruit
- Sam – an excellently flavoured, large, firm yet juicy, dark cherry
- Cavalier - medium to large, luscious, firmly textured, shiny black cherry

Flowers
Lavender
At present the lavender products of the farm consist of the flowers on the stem, fresh or dried. Three different varieties are grown organically on the farm:
- Grosso (Lavandula intermedia) – an English hybrid variety, of classic aromatic, grey-green foliage and deep blue to dark violent flowers
- Hidcote (Lavandula angustifolia) – an English cultivar with silver to cream coloured leaves and strongly scented, blue to deep violet flowers on 12 to 14 inch stems.
- Munstead (Lavandula angustifolia) - a strong scent English variety with small leaves and blue to purple flowers
